My health App couldn’t syn my sleep data today until afternoon but, I could sync into my newly attempted routine and productivity.
I jog and walked for 60 minutes. Did progress with coding. A new skill that I am trying to acquire. Had a deep and long conversation with an old friend. Read about the neuroscience of changing behavior and looked up for sources of zinc, magnesium and potassium. Also, almost not wrote this blog.
I am grateful for a good support system around me. Thankfully, I am able to let go my arrogance and look for advice from the people who mean well and can keep me accountable to my commitments and pursuits.
Will keep it short today, as I still have some coding assignments to finish and the deadline is midnight. Later :)
